This policy describes what Rocket Loan collects when you use instantapplications.online, including a loan application, an application status check, or a careers application.

Information you submit

A loan application can include:

• Name, email address, phone number, and date of birth
• Street address
• Photos of the front and back of a government ID
• A selfie

A careers application can include your name, email, phone number, date of birth, LinkedIn URL, a short message, and a PDF resume.

Information collected automatically

When you open the home, apply, track, or careers pages, the site records the IP address of the request and an approximate city, region, and country derived from that IP address. This is not GPS location. Pages are served over HTTPS.

How it is used

Loan information is used to review the request you submitted and to let you look up that request with your reference number. Career information is used to review the job application you submitted. Site operators can see this information in the private admin area.

What this policy does not cover

This site does not publish borrower photos or quotes. If a loan offer is made later, the rate, fees, and payment terms for that offer are separate from this privacy policy.
